Description: Hazard, recently left the safety of his fallout shelter.  He has not seen the daylight since the first day of the Cuban missile crisis.  As you can see by the expression on his face he is in complete awe of all the changes he sees that have taken place in his self-imposed absents.  He has quickly caught up on everything that took place after his introduction to the Internet.  Hazard is made of recycled, vintage and found objects.  Parts include: bicycle parts, nuts and bolts, spigot handles, and other wonderful objects.
